Yilan District Prosecutors Office Launches Open Recruitment for 2026 Prosecutorial Assistant Positions to Strengthen Case Analysis Capabilities and Enhance Anti-Fraud Expertise

In response to the rapid evolution of fraud crimes and the increasing workload on prosecutors handling fraud-related investigations, the role of prosecutorial assistants has become an indispensable part of prosecutorial operations, including investigations and public prosecutions. Today, the Yilan District Prosecutors Office announced the open recruitment for 2026 (Year 115) prosecutorial assistants, aiming to attract professionals with a background in law or related fields to join the prosecutorial team and enhance the overall efficiency of the Office’s operations.

The recruitment process will be conducted in an open, fair, and impartial manner. The Office plans to hire two (2) primary candidates and four (4) reserve candidates. Qualified applicants will be assigned to relevant divisions according to operational needs, including duties such as investigation support, document organization, case file processing, legal research, data compilation, and assistance in execution procedures. Compensation and employment terms will be handled in accordance with Article 9 of the Regulations on the Employment, Training, and Evaluation of Prosecutorial Assistants.

Applications must be submitted by mail only and received by December 3, 2025 (postmark date shall prevail) to the Personnel Office, Yilan District Prosecutors Office (No. 3, Xianzheng W.
